An event kind of recently was on a Galaxy Battle Stage. Is it unlockable, or wwas it just playable during that event?

It's only for tournaments by Nintendo. It's the 3rd time the Galaxy Arena have been used.
1st was in June 08 I think (can't remember exactly, but it was around that time)
2nd time was June 09
3rd time was the one you're refering to in March 10
Too bad Nintendo has no ideas left so they have the same tournament 3 times
